  • (a)

    The boundaries of the Overlook Local Historic District shall comprise all property and premises contained within an area of the City of Bristol that is bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning at a point in the southerly street line of Stearns Street, said point also being the northwest corner of Lot # 71 and proceeding in a southerly direction along the western border of Lot # 71 to the southwest corner of Lot # 71;

    THENCE in a southerly direction along the western border of Lot # 80 to the northeast corner of Lot # 81;

    (b)

    Upon passage of the ordinance from which this article derives or any amendment thereto, the city council shall transmit to the town clerk a copy of said ordinance or amendment to be recorded on the Bristol Land Records, together with an attached schedule comprising the names of the owners of record of the properties affected so that the ordinance or amendment may be indexed by the Bristol Town Clerk in the grantor index under the names of said owners of record.

    (c)

    Upon passage of the ordinance from which this article derives or any amendment thereto, the city council shall transmit a copy to the Connecticut Commission on Culture and Tourism.
