Editor's note

An amendment to the Charter, bearing the effective date of July 1, 1981, provided that § 41 be deleted in its entirety in order that the subject might be better served by ordinance. Such section had pertained to the fireman's benefit fund as amended by 1969, S.A. No. 101, § 1.
