§ 3. Statutory provisions incorporated.

Latest version.

All statutes in force at the time of the passage of this charter, or which may be enacted, which convey rights or powers or impose duties or liabilities upon the towns of this state, or upon the municipal authorities of either towns or cities, shall confer such rights and powers, and impose such duties and liabilities upon the City of Bristol and the officers thereof, subject to the limitations of section two [2] subsection (a) herein.
