§ 2-12. Tax collector authorized to retain excess tax payments.

The tax collector is authorized, pursuant to Section 12-129 of the Connecticut General Statutes, to retain any payments of any property tax paid in excess of the amount due, provided the amount of the excess payment is less than five dollars ($5.00).
