§ 22-77. Purpose—Regulation of fats, oils and grease (FOG).

The purpose of this division (also referred to herein as the "FOG Division") is to implement the State of Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection requirements for General Permit to Discharge Wastewater Associated with Food Preparation Establishments within the City of Bristol.
