§ 21-44. Council's authority concerning specific projects.

The city council is authorized for each specific project or area:
(1)

To install bituminous concrete sidewalks as provided in subsections (b) and (c) of section 21-43.

(2)

To install sidewalks on one (1) side of the street only and choose which side shall receive the sidewalks.
