§ 18-68. Established.

An industrial park is established in the northwestern section of the city where industries may locate for manufacturing and related purposes. Such industrial park is to consist of all properties bounded on the north by Marsh Road, on the east by Hill Street, on the south by Minor Street, and on the west by the Plymouth-Bristol town line.
