§ 18-134. Officers.

(a)

Each school building committee created pursuant to this article shall elect its own chairman and vice-chairman who will preside at the meetings; and the chairman shall be empowered to establish any necessary subcommittees.

(b)

The superintendent of schools, or his designee, shall be the secretary to each school building committee and shall maintain minutes of all meetings.
