§ 14-59. Extending of legal parking time prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any persons to deposit or cause to be deposited in any parking meter additional proper coins of the United States for the purpose of increasing or extending the legal time which has been established by the traffic authority for the parking meter space adjacent to which such parking meter is placed.
