§ 14-18. Operation of bicycles along parade routes.

(a)

"Bicycle" means every device propelled by the feet acting upon pedals.

(b)

No person shall operate a bicycle along any parade route unless authorized by the organizer of the parade. Members of the police department shall remove any bicycle operated in violation of this section and provide for its custody at the owner's expense.
