§ 13-61. Exceptions.

Section 13-60 shall not apply to any establishment or portion thereof where in fact (1) no adult reading material or adult multimedia material is visible without entry into the establishment or portion thereof, and (2) the entry of any person under eighteen (18) years of age is prohibited and which has notice posted accordingly.
