§ 13-55. City sealer of weights and measures—Abolished.

(a)

The office of city "sealer of weights and measures" is hereby abolished.

(b)

Any duties that may have been performed by a city sealer of weights and measures and any reference to said office shall be construed to pertain to the "Commissioner of Weights and Measures" of the State of Connecticut.
