§ 12-171. Created; membership.

There is hereby created the Bristol Housing Partnership, appointed by the chief elected official of the municipality. The partnership shall consist of the following members:
(1)

The chief elected official of Bristol;

(2)

Representatives of the planning commission, zoning commission, inland wetlands commission, housing authority and any local community development agency, not to exceed six (6) in number;

(3)

Representatives of the local business community, such as local bankers, realtors and developers, not to exceed three (3) in number;

(4)

Representatives of public interest groups, such as housing advocates, members of the clergy, members of local civic groups and representatives of local nonprofit corporations, not to exceed four (4) in number; and

(5)

Local urban planning, land use and housing professionals, not to exceed one (1) in number.
