§ 20. Effective date of these regulations.
20.1 These regulations shall take effect on August 13, 1973; revised September 29, 1976, to be effective October 1, 1976; second revision July 15, 1985, to be effective September 1, 1985; third revision November 21, 1988, to be effective December 1, 1988. These regulations for the protection and preservation of inland wetlands and watercourses are in conformity with the department of environmental protection guidelines, utilizing information provided by the department of environmental protection and from the regulations of other Connecticut towns.
FEE SCHEDULE
All applications shall be accompanied by a fee schedule based on the following fee structure:
$100.00 for a boundary change of a wetland map;
$100.00 for one (1) acre or less, based upon the total acreage of the project;
$100.00 plus $35.00 per acre for more than one (1) acre, with fractions rounded to the highest whole acre and based upon the total acreage of the project.
An application for minor property repairs, at the owner's expense, may be given a waiver of fees as a reserved right of the commission. This form of application will be taken up under communications.

The applicant and/or owner agrees to:
Submit an original application with ten (10) copies, ten (10) maps and the appropriate filing fee.
Submit a site plan showing existing and proposed conditions in relation to wetlands and watercourses. The site plan will conform with Section 7.3 and Section 7.8 of the Regulations.
If the proposal involves a significant activity as defined in the Regulations, the applicant will submit the information set forth in Section 7.4 of the Regulations.
Submit names and addresses of adjacent property owners.
Applicant certifies that he is familiar with the information in the application and is aware of the penalties for obtaining a permit through deceptive, inaccurate or misleading information.
Commissioners and their agents are authorized to inspect the property before and after a final decision has been issued.
Applicant agrees to provide any other information the Commission deems necessary to the understanding of the proposal.
Applicant certifies that the property IS/IS NOT within 500 feet of an adjoining municipality; traffic attributable to the completed project WILL/WILL NOT use streets within an adjoining municipality to enter or exit the site; sewer or water drainage from the project site WILL/WILL NOT impact the sewage or drainage system within an adjoining municipality; water runoff from the improved site WILL/WILL NOT impact streets, municipal or private land within an adjoining municipality.
